1.      Simple Past Tense

Simple past tense is a simple verb form that shows an event that occurred in the past.

Rumus :     S + Verb 2

                  S + be (was/were )

Example :

·         He bought new bag yesterday

·         He came to my birthday party last week

·         She was pretty

·         I did not go to school yesterday

·         She was not so good in singing

2.      Simple Past Continous Tense

Simple past continuous tense is a verb form used to express an activity that is happening at certain tme in the past.

Rumus :           S + be (was/were) + V-ing

Example :

·         I was here waiting for you all day yesterday

·         I was not printing the task when the class begun

·         She was reading a book while the library was closed

·         The door was knocked while I was studying

·         Where you always together when you where kids?

3.      Present Perfect Continous

         Present perfect continous is a verb used to express completed action at a point in the past or has been started in the past and continues until now.

Rumus :     S + Have/Has + been + V-ing

Example :

·         She has been driving

·         It has just been snowing in Japan

·         I have been working with my computer all day

·         I have been waiting for next flight since this morning

·         She ha sbeen eating a half of the cheese tart

4.      Present Perfect Tense

Present Perfect tense is a verb form used to describe an action situation that has been started in the past and still continues until now or has been completed but the effect still continues.

Rumus :     S + Have/Has + V-3

Example :

·         I have read the book

·         She has called you there times

·         She has studied in Japan since April

·         I have just sent you an email

·         The rain’s just stopped

5.      Past Perfect

         Past Perfect is a verb form used to denote an event that has been completed at a point in the past before any other event.

Rumus :     S + Had + V-3

Example :

·         They had come

·         My mother hadn’t slept

·         They had met twice before married

·         I thought she had changed to be better woman

·         I had read the novel three times

6.      Future Tense

Future tense is a form of verb that is used to unify that an event that occourred in the future.

Rumus :     S + Will + bare infinitive

                  S + be ( am/is/are ) going to + bare infinitive

Example :

·         You will win in the olimpiade

·         He will be angry

·         I think she will past

·         I’m visiting kuta beach tomorrow

·         I will come if they invite me
